A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I am a Korean American therapist and US Army veteran who believes in the power of healing and connection. My experiences shape a grounded, compassionate approach that draws from different evidence-based modalities to provide individualized care tailored to each client’s specific needs.

My goal is simple: to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to be able to move toward healthier patterns of functioning and a more integrated sense of self.

My Approach

“My approach depends on you—I go where you need me to go, and I will always guide you back to a sense of safety and calm throughout our work, maintaining a stable and steady space for you throughout therapy.”

I draw from different clinically researched approaches, including, CBT, Psychodynamic, Attachment-based, Trauma-informed, Solution focused, and Emotion-focused modalities, personalizing intervention strategies for your needs and goals.

In coaching sessions, I draw from mindset and growth coaching, values clarification, life visioning, work-life integration, and stress management techniques.

Together, we’ll explore your goals, uncover what matters most to you, and create practical strategies to help you move forward with clarity, balance, and confidence.
