Together we will collaboratively lay the groundwork for your mental health journey and identify your goals and how to best support them.

Because of the dynamic relationship that physiological and psychological well-being plays on our health, having the right support team is essential. When appropriate, I may collaborate with or refer you to other specialists, with your consent, to support a fully integrative approach.
